Property & Estate Management in Oxfordshire

We are based in Abingdon and specialise in residential estate management across Oxfordshire, from city-centre developments in Oxford to new-build estates in Didcot, Witney, Bicester and Banbury. Being local means we are on site often, not occasionally.

    Local estate management, run locally

Oxfordshire has a particular mix of managed property: converted period buildings in and around Oxford, large new-build estates with communal grounds, play areas and unadopted roads, and smaller apartment developments where every pound of service charge is visible to residents.

All of it benefits from an agent nearby. We can attend a site the same day when something goes wrong, we use contractors from the county who know the developments, and we hold AGMs in person rather than by post.

Our office is at The Lambourn, Wyndyke Furlong, Abingdon OX14 1UJ, and we also manage property in London and the surrounding counties.

    • Residential estate management for apartment buildings and communal developments
    • Estate management for new-build developments with communal grounds
    • Grounds maintenance, communal cleaning and lighting contracts
    • Long-term maintenance plans and Section 20 consultation for major works
    • Management packs for Oxfordshire sales and remortgages

    Oxfordshire property management questions

Do you manage new-build estates as well as flats?

Yes. Open estates of houses often have communal roads, grounds, drainage and play areas funded by an estate rent charge, and they need the same budgeting, maintenance and reporting discipline as a block of flats.

How often will someone visit our development?

Visit frequency is agreed at the outset and written into the management agreement. Being based in Abingdon means we can attend at short notice when something needs seeing in person.

Do you also handle lettings or sales?

No, and deliberately so. We deal exclusively with estate and property management, so there is no conflict of interest with lettings or sales work.
