Property Management & Managing Agents in London

We have managed property in London for over 16 years, acting as managing agents for blocks of flats, converted houses and residential estates for freeholders, resident management companies and right to manage companies.

    Estate management in London

London buildings bring their own pressures: tighter sites, older fabric, more complex fire safety obligations and residents who are rightly demanding about how their service charge is spent. Management here is less about volume and more about attention.

That is the part of the market we are built for. We are deliberately not a national operator with a call centre. Each development we manage has a named person who knows it, attends it and meets residents face to face.

We also manage in Oxfordshire and the Thames Valley, so clients with property in both places deal with one team rather than two.

    • Managing agent services for blocks of flats and converted houses
    • Service charge budgeting, collection and year-end accounts
    • Fire safety and building safety compliance, with clear evidence trails
    • Major works consultation and project management
    • AGMs held at times residents can actually attend

What London clients ask us for most

A managing agent who turns up

Regular site inspections with a written record, rather than management conducted entirely by email from a distance.

    Service charge transparency

Budgets that explain themselves, arrears handled properly, and accounts that residents can read without an accountant.

    Compliance that stands up

Fire risk assessments, health and safety reports and remedial works tracked to completion, not filed and forgotten.

    London property management questions

Which parts of London do you cover?

We manage developments across Greater London. Whether we take on a building depends on its size and needs as much as its postcode, so it is worth asking.

Are you a London-based managing agent?

Our office is in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, and we have managed London property throughout our 16 years. Attendance on site matters more than the address on the letterhead, so we build visit schedules into the management agreement.

Can you take over from our current agent?

Yes. We handle the handover with the outgoing agent, including records, service charge funds, contracts and insurance, once notice has been served under your management agreement.
